About Miss Clinton County Scholarship Program
Miss Clinton County is an official preliminary to Miss Iowa in the Miss America Organization. They award the titles of Miss Clinton County, Miss River City, and Miss Clinton County's Outstanding Teen. The last Miss Clinton County to win Miss Iowa was Mikhayla Hughes-Shaw in 2018. Mikhayla also won a preliminary talent award at Miss Iowa 2018. The last Miss Clinton County's Outstanding Teen to win Miss Iowa's Outstanding Teen was Julia Campbell in 2016.
