Miss Magnolia State Pageant

I have been involved with the Miss Magnolia State Pageant for several years now. I can not say enough good things about this pageant. The staff is so helpful and friendly and the contestants are the best! They are not catty, they help each other and they consider it more like a family. You don't find too many pageant like this one. This is what true pageantry is sisterhood is all about!

I truly love everything about this wonderful organization. I have competed with some wonderful women in the Mrs division and made some great lifelong friends. Having done pageants as a young woman it has been such a delight to get back to competing in pageants again. What Chris Shannon does with this organization is outstanding. All of us feel valued and beautiful and treated with such care. If you are looking for a pageant to compete in and feel absolutely beautiful, this is your pageant.

Where do I begin, Miss Magnolia State pageant is more than just a Pageant system, it is family system, my name is Brittney and my daughter is Brianah we both joined in 2014 I remember mr.chris it was his Preliminary in Tupelo not far from my hometown of Union County that was her first Preliminary and let me tell you it was awesome she felt like a princess she won Queen, we competed at State and that was alone was like going going to mini Disney that year every single Disney character greeted us on competition Day what a fun experience so many fun things to do so many friendships we made , but that's not all we place 13th place and brought home a beautiful crown. Few years passed after family things passed , we returned in 2018 , only this year My Daughter was older out of 43 ish contestants Brianah won Little Miss Magnolia State what a unbelievable experience. She still talks about it the winning experience. Mr. Chris Shannon and his Magnolia staff are the best at what they do nothing ever misses a beat, we made it through the pandemic even when we thought it was gonna be a tough year Mr Chris Shannon went above and beyond to corridnate the safety and precautions. When I competed for the Mrs. Pageant that was probably the most normalcy I had that entire year without worrying about covid. Miss Magnolia State is family forever.Show less

I participated in thr pageant years ago, but it keeps getting better. Chris and his staff are very professional. Since many of the participants are in different locations, they have been great with communication! Timely responses in emails are 10/10! Chris is very energetic and engaging as a director. I love that he has different pageants for everyone! Great job and can't wait to see what else he has planned for his pageants!!
