About Miss Muscatine Scholarship Program
Miss Muscatine is an official preliminary to Miss Iowa in the Miss America Organization. They award the titles of Miss Muscatine, Miss Pearl City, Miss Muscatine's Outstanding Teen, and Miss Pearl City's Outstanding Teen.
The Last Miss Muscatine to win Miss Iowa was Mariah Cary in 2012. Mariah went on to place 4RU at Miss America 2012.
The last Miss Muscatine's Outstanding Teen to win Miss Iowa's Outstanding Teen was Lydia Fisher in 2017. Lydia went on to become the highest ranking Iowa titleholder in the history of Miss America's Outstanding Teen, placing in the Top 9.
No Miss Pearl City or Miss Pearl City's Outstanding Teen has won at the state level yet.
