The director Leticia Lambert is wonderful. So excited for all the experiences and too meet new friends. I have a great group of new sister queens.

I am so grateful for my time with WV AWOS!!! Every woman has been open, kind, supportive, and understanding! Leticia makes you feel welcome immediately and then looks after your best interest ♥️. The best part is this pageant is community service based so we are encouraged to get out there and put our best foot forward! Leticia never forgets her girls and their needs so I'm grateful for her in my life!

I participated in the 2023 WV/Tri-State AWOS, and it helped me find me again. We don’t have family near us and that's what we need. WV/Tri-State AWOS and YAWOS were a blessing in disguise for my family. I look forward to becoming a bigger part of the local over the next year. The director keeps us all on track. She looks out for our mental and physical health. I thank her (& my sister queens) anytime I get the chance for making me and my daughters feel welcomed. My daughter Loralei said she was done with pageants unless Leticia or her sister queens, especially Kendall, are there. So, we signed back up to be a part of the 2024 family. We were blessed to receive at-large titles, and you wouldn't have known any different from the way we are made to feel special with a coronation. We love this Director! She is simply put the best. That's why my daughter and I both came to WV AWOS. We have worked with her before in the small local WV Fairs and Festivals Association system and still support it too. It's a family-oriented event with so many friends/sisters. The pageant was well organized. Gifts were well thought out and age-appropriate. Volunteers were very helpful and polite. Judges left informative feedback. The schedule was followed very well and events ran on time. Show more

The schedule was followed very well and events ran on time. The director goes above and beyond. The support she shows to all of her contestants and titleholders doesn't stop at the pageant. She attends other pageants to support them, provides comments or coaching as she can, or finds a network of others to help. Leticia helps with the most basic to difficult tasks like finding sponsors, setting up multiple fundraisers, answering or getting the answers to any question we have, and making sure we remain on task.
