Miss Michigan USA & Miss Michigan Teen USA 2020

On September 20th and 21st, 2019 the preliminary and final competitions were held for both the Miss Michigan USA and Miss Teen Michigan 2020 pageants at the McMorran Place Sports & Entertainment Center and Blue Water Convention Center in Port Huron.

The 2020 Miss Michigan USA and Teen USA pageant concluded with Chanel Johnson winning the title of Miss Michigan USA 2020 and Aneesa Sheikh winning the title of Miss Michigan Teen USA 2020. They also won the opportunity to represent Michigan at the 2020 Miss USA and Teen USA pageant.
