The Miss Universe Cayman Islands sisterhood welcomed a new titleholder when last year's first runner-up Mariah Tibbetts was appointed the title of Miss Universe Cayman Islands 2020. She will represent Florida at the Miss Universe Cayman Islands 2020 pageant! Additionally, she will represent the Miss Universe Organization as Miss Universe Cayman Islands 2020 throughout her reign and receive a prize package selected by the Miss Universe Cayman Islands Organization.
Due to the COVID-19 worldwide pandemic, the Miss Universe Cayman Islands organization canceled the 2020 pageant awarding 2019 first Runner-up the crown, therefore there were no Runner-ups in 2020.
