The World Class Pageantry scholarship program was established in 2019 by Founder and Executive Director Sherry Jones of Fort Walton Beach, Florida and Co-Founder and Pageant Director Julalak Ruhland of Chiang Rai, Thailand who joined in 2020. The scholastically based pageant recognizes young women for their outstanding personal achievements, leadership abilities, community outreach, and embodiment of artistic, creative, or athletic talents. World Class Pageantry's scholarship pageants is designed to help America’s youth reach their full potential and provides a personal development and growth program for all reigning queens. The pageant organization strives to promote confidence and an ‘Accent on Achievement’ as a scholarship award. In July of 2020, Miss Santa Rosa County Florida was launched and crowned their very first queens ages from 3 to 21 years of age. In August 2021, World Class Pageantry held a pageant and crowned the Miss Escambia County Florida queens in Pensacola, Florida. Later that year Miss Navarre Florida 2022 was crowned in November. In April of 2022, Miss Pensacola Beach Florida 2023 and Miss Gulf Breeze Florida 2023 were crowned joining their WCP sister queens. The inaugural pageant for the Miss Pensacola Florida 2023 queens, Miss Milton Florida 2023 queens, Miss Pace Florida 2023 queens, and Little Miss Navarre Florida 2023 queen were crowned on August 14, 2022 as well as the Miss World Class Ambassadors 2023. The Miss World Class Ambassadors were selected by the WCP Directors to represent the WCP brand, World Class Pageantry is an advocate for the Miss USA pageant system and encourages the WCP Queens to compete for the Miss Florida Teen USA and the Miss Florida USA crowns. World Class Pageantry plans to crown queens in Chiang Rai, Thailand and Chang Mia, Thailand are in the works thus formulating a World Class Pageant.
