I wholeheartedly recommend this pageant to any and everyone! It’s not only incredibly well-organized, but the directors go above and beyond to ensure each contestant feels valued and seen. Communication is always clear, and the registration process is very efficient. Backstage, a team of helpers are available to assist with anything you need, and they also provide water and snacks for all contestants.
And my favorite part? The PJ party! It’s an absolute blast and enjoyable for all ages. H Show more

This was our first time experiencing a pageant contest and my daughter was running for Miss SC Junior Elementary. We spent over $1,500 which is pretty hearty for the experience we had. This was our first time experiencing a pageant contest and my daughter was running for Miss SC Junior Elementary. We spent over $1,500 which is pretty hearty for the experience we had. Again this was our first time so maybe we just didn't use all the proper channels to save money, but for this amount I expected more guidance from the show, not just volunteers pointing where to go. There were siblings of the contestants that the organizers discouraged from participating in extracurricular activities, like the PJ party due to capacity limitation or their intolerance to noise. The contestants also were not allowed to have parents backstage, which consisted of randomely positioned chairs, clutter, and about two mirrors to accommodate 20 to 30 girls. The worst part was that parents were assured children were being watched and several girls got hurt, seems there were fights especially from the younger age groups. No cute gift bags were provided, again for the price spent to participate plus donations raised in the People's Choice award I'd expect something all little girls could receive that they could take home and remember this brave endeavor, as it takes courage to get on stage and be judged by people who only know you for a few minutes at best. Rehersal was not productive parents sat in the audience watching their children walk towards the marked X, no subject matter expert walked with them or before hand to show them how to walk what options they had to twirls etc... it was just walk here and dont do this then yell down to the audience and tell the parent if their child didn't do something properly. There is no educational component any child can take away from this performance, I'd suggest to provide more sustenance and better leadership for the future events.Show less
