Lou Razon is the executive producer of the Miss Philippines USA beauty pageant. After finishing her Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design, Razon migrated to LA, where she studied fashion design.
Razon has experience working as a production assistant in textile and fashion houses in the 90s. Many celebrities, politicians, and entertainers wore her creations. She established Lou Razon Couture in 1997, specializing in formal gowns.

In 2011, Razon produced the first Miss Philippines USA Beauty Pageant. Given her love for pageantry, the pageant was a way for her to promote the beauty of the Philippines.
Her goal was to display Filipino artistry through her carefully crafted designs. Lou Razon also established the Miss Philippines USA Foundation. This is a non-profit organization intended to assist the unprivileged via charitable donations.
