Florida Earth Pageants (MS/MRS/Jr/LittleTeen)

It has been years since I have sponsored a pageant and a friend referred Mrs. Smith to my company. She made an appointment and being a former Director myself I admittedly made her work hard to convince me why I should sponsor her. She came in prepared with charts, statistics, plans and resources on how she was recruiting, stage design drawn out, etc. and really I could not say no because of how prepared she was and how she came in with a well developed plan she was implementing already. I get the pleasure of watching daily as Sarah pours her all into the FL Earth pageant. This is her first time as a Director I I hear her on calls with contestants and parents. I watch as she calls production companies, judges, media, venues and sponsors to make sure this pageant and contestants have a good experience. I have been in pageants almost 11 years and met lots of directors and really some should not be in their role. Alot are so mean and biased. My director was upfront she is new and still learning but she is the best. A couple of us who actively compete attest that she is better than those who have directed for years! I thank Sara for her encouragement and ability to make me get excited for this pageant. I heard she is new to being a Director but she must have great mentors because she keeps us motivated, reminds us to stay focused on practicing, schedules, fine tuning skills and promoting our platforms and much more. She wants the best for us beyond a crown and takes time to help with our personal growth for the future.
