Kelsey Cox of Memphis is West Tennessee’s Outstanding Teen 2022. She is a 14-year-old freshman at Germantown High School where she maintains a 4.07 GPA. Kelsey has been a Youth Advocate and outspoken supporter of No Kid Hungry since 2011.
