Highlight what makes your state special in the State Costume competition! Contestants may wear any costume representative of their state. Walking pattern will be the same as the mandatory Fun Fashion competition. Props may be handheld or removed onstage, however, if items fall off onto the stage, points will be deducted. Contestants will submit a short introduction to be read onstage by the emcee describing their costume. Swimwear is not allowed. Maximum one entry per contestant.
